Baptism of Adults - RCIA
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) - This process is for adults seeking to join the Catholic Church or to complete their initiation into the Catholic Church. Several rites are celebrated in the midst of the Sunday assembly, especially during the Lenten Season. The sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Holy Eucharist and Confirmation) are celebrated at the Easter Vigil.
Adults seeking Baptism attend weekly Sunday sessions beginning at the first of the year and meet between our Masses in the church basement. The start time is 9:30 a.m. each Sunday up until Holy Week. The sacrament of Baptism will take place at the Holy Saturday Mass.
Arrangements are to be made personally several weeks in advance. Please call the Parish Office or send an email for more details. When sending an email please select Baptism from the Subject list and notate is for an Adult and any additional information the Comments box.
